1.1. The storage, processing and use of technically necessary cookies is based on the legal basis of the legitimate interest in the technically functional operation of the website in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Due to the technical necessity, no consent of the website visitor is required in accordance with Section 165 (3) TKG 2021. 1.4.2. Statistics cookies help us, for example, to understand how you use the website in order to improve it or to be able to set targeted advertising activities. The storage, processing and use of statistics cookies takes place exclusively on the basis of your voluntary consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit a GDPR in conjunction with Section 165 (3) TKG 2021.

3. Statistics cookies
3.1. We use the following tracking measures and statistics cookies to record the use of our website. Some of the services used are third-party providers based outside the EU or the EEA. If you have given your express consent, data will be transferred to a third country for which no adequacy decision pursuant to Art. 45 para. 3 GDPR or no other suitable guarantees pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR exist, on the basis of this express consent within the meaning of Art. 49 para. 1 lit a GDPR in conjunction with Art. 6 para. 1 lit a GDPR. You can revoke your explicit and voluntary consent at any time with effect for the future. To do this, you can simply adjust your cookie preferences in the cookie settings, for example.
3.2. For the USA, there is currently no adequacy decision within the meaning of Art 45 GDPR, which confirms an adequate level of protection in the third country, and no suitable guarantees pursuant to Art 46 GDPR. Accordingly, data is only transferred to the USA with your prior, explicit and voluntary consent. One of the risks associated with data transfer is that US authorities, such as US intelligence agencies, may access your data for monitoring and surveillance purposes and that you will not be informed of this access. There is also the risk that you will not have any effective legal remedies against this access.
3.3. Google Analytics
3.3.1. We use the „Google Analytics“ service to analyse website usage by users. The service is offered by Google Inc.
3.3.2. The responsible service provider in the EU is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
3.3.3. The service uses cookies. The processing of these cookies is based exclusively on your explicit consent. Your consent also includes consent to the transfer of personal data to third countries such as the USA (see points 3.1 and 3.2). We use the following cookies:
